Lost Sleepyhead Data

Post by Jefecholo » Tue Feb 24, 2015 1:40 pm

I'm sorry if this question has been answered, I can't find it.

I changed from a used Respironics Biap Auto 760P to a new one, (same brand & model, just different serial #). I have been using Sleephead since Jan, 20, 2015. The old SD disk went with my old machine. When I put the new card into my computer, Sleepyhead copied the information from my new machine under my old machine info as it should. After keeping stats and averages for both machines for about 3 days, all of a sudden, I lost all the stats of my old machine and lost all the averages. Since then I have changed SD cards thinking it my be the issue, still no old info. I am glad my DEM had copied the info from my old machine and sent it to my Dr. and insurance for the compliance issue. Any way to find and retrieve the old info in my computer? I no longer have access to the old machine. Just thought my computer may have saved files used by Sleepyhead but cannot figure out how to find in windows 8.1.

Hope somebody can help.

On a Windows machine, the data is stored in My Documents/Sleepyhead/patient_name/Machine_NO. Under each machine is a backup folder. You should find your data there. Make sure that both machines are in the patient folder. If you changed any part of the patient name you may have created a second profile.

no need to shout.

try goingt into the data/rebuild cpap data menu option, and rebuild it for both machines.

as of 098-1, SH copies the raw data into a backup folder under your profile.

that'd be the first thing to try.

Sorry, did not intend to look as if I shouted. When I saw the preview the numbers looked small to me.
Thanks for your help.

Thanks. I found both machine files in the Profiles section under my patient name. How can I get both of them to show when I open Sleepyhead? When I look under the "rebuild cpap data" in the software, I only see my new machine, should both be there? I did see both at one time, not sure why I don't now.

It looks like the files may be in 2 different locations. If so, how do I put them together sow they both are seen?
