The OP told us that the machine is a BiPap Auto M Series so, if this is the machine that her sister has for her son, there is lots of data to be had from it.

Using the equipment that the OP claims to have in this thread viewtopic/t46839/Taking-control-of-my-f ... st-II.html, will give them much more information than is available on any CPAP.

That item is nearly $2600 in cost and requires a prescription or medical license to purchase. Neither would normally be available to a relative of an apnea patient.
