Hi All,
I am so sorry to bother all of you with this.
I am a new user that has two issues but I cannot find anyplace on this forum for support.
First issue: I need help with my device and my mac. I posted a topic and have 15 replies. But, I cannot read the post nor the replies. I see it in my profile. When I click on it, I get an error something like "no posts available in the time frame selected."
Second issue: Not finding a support option on the above issue, I wrote a private message to several admins. I "sent" my messages but I still see them sitting in my Outbox. I see no other option to send them.
Can anyone guide me to support options for this forum? And, since I don't seem to be able to view my posts, could you PM me with some guidance.
Again, there are more important issues in life and on this forum...sorry for the distraction.
