Humidity levels and nasal, post nasal congestion

I am wondering if my auto setting on my airsense 10 needs to be changed. I have a scratchy cough that won't go away. It's actually a scratch throat from sinus but leads to my dry coughing.
My hose temp is 81. It's been set to auto. Should I change to manual and lower some of these settings.
These settings worked fine but maybe at week here and there will help my congestion, post nasal drip / dry cough.

What really may be the problem is that IF you're using a nasal mask, you may be leaking your therapy air out your mouth while you're sleeping......or, additionally, you may be mouth-breathing if your pressure is too low. That could be part of the problem. Too much warm humidity can also cause nasal congestion......which also contributes to mouth breathing. And, if you take Lisinopril for blood pressure of kidney protection, that could be the cause of your "dry cough". It's a well known cause of that.
It's hard to suggest a "solution" because you haven't given us nearly enough information to make a guess. I'm just throwing out some thoughts based on the experiences of others who have had similar issues.
