RESPIRONICS PHILIPS 950P for sale

Post by decotis » Mon Feb 16, 2015 9:30 pm

I have a RESPIRONICS PHILIPS 950P for sale, I see it going for about 3k everywhere, would be happy with half that. I have all kinds of accessories, tubes, masks, filters, you name it. I find these machines at estate sales all the time but cannot list them on eBay. Let me know.

I'd be happy with half that, too! (not PAYING, mind you...but getting PAID). You're dealing with a tough crowd here. We have forum members who are great at finding machines for a fraction of MSRP, and passing on the savings to the rest of us. If you see it going for $3k everywhere and want to maximize your profits, I suggest you sell yours wherever people are paying that much. At half the going price, you should be pretty swamped with calls and emails.

By the way, the 950p has 6665.9 hours on it, which is 277 days, 88 days short of one year.

better go back to math class 6666/7=952 / 365= 2.6

Or do you realy think people sleep 24 hrs a day

At $500 for a nearly 7K hour used machine you aren't going to get any nibbles from anyone who knows the value of these machines.
Now maybe if the hours was 1/10 the 6,666 you might get some nibbles.
Hope you didn't bid to high at that auction for this machine. With those hours you will be lucky to get any offer and it sure won't be any where near what you were hoping for. A discontinued high hour machine just doesn't bring much no matter how much it originally cost. Kinda like cars...they take a huge hit in terms of depreciation the more they are used.

As a point of interest the 950 does not automatically adjust your EPAP in real time in response to obtructions (you have to know your EPAP pressure). However the newer model 960 does adjust your EPAP on the fly and within the parameters you enter in the clinician's menu.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.
