CPAP Pilliows

Post by dibanno » Tue Feb 10, 2015 9:28 am

Hi:

I've been a CPAP user for 3 years now. I'm looking for a pillow for stomach sleepers. Any suggestions? I can't find any discussions on this.

Thank you!

Di

I don't know specifically, but I just did a search on "Falcon AND pillow" and here's the link. There may be some suggestions or mention of which bed pillows stomach sleepers use.

I sleep on my side mostly but some on my stomach as well. I use a cpapmax pillow with cutouts for the mask. I just press my face into the small edge of the cutout. I find that any pillow that lets you hang the interface of the edge works good for most sleep positions. Of course, it needs to be the right softness and height for you. I would think the buckwheat hull pillows would be worth a try due to their variability. I've also found the interface type/pillow combination makes a difference. Some sets work better than other and I keep a few different pillows on the bed for different masks, moods, and positions. Good luck!

Best,

Mike

i was using this one for a good many years & after using a regular foam pillow , went back to old reliable...The grass isn't always greener as they say.
i saw one just now on ebay at a lesser price but don't know if quality is same... Food for thought... also use a hose holder to elevate which helps when flopping to not dislodge nasal pillows.
Works for me , at least until my 5 month old Bishon Frise pup licks my ear at 3-5 a m

We close the bedroom door. The dog is sweet and cuddly, but keeping him off the bed is good sleep hygiene.
We can pet him all he wants in the daytime, but sleep comes first.
