How can this be??
How can this be??
I have been looking back on my Sleepyhead information. I always write down my AHI's to keep nearby for when the Sleep Center contacts me. On Jan. 26 I had written my AHI was 4.69. Sleepyhead graphs are now showing 5.53. I have a copy of the statistical data in a folder which shows the 4.69 at that date. How can this be?

I can't explain it because a similar thing has happen to me on several occasions.....The only thing I can figure is the machine rounds UP, but in your case that doesn't seem to be the issue,Sharhamm wrote:I have been looking back on my Sleepyhead information. Re: How can this be??
There are some situations where the AHI might change if a session gets turned off or on or if a double session bug created an error (but I thought the double session bug was fixed). In general there shouldn't be that much change unless maybe a nap was involved as often naps are event ridden due to half awake status that often comes with naps.
I would need to probably see the entire data to be able to have a chance to figure out why that much of a difference and even then I am not sure I could figure out.
When in doubt...compare to what ResScan says is going on if possible. If you want ResScan...send me a private message. Windows only though..no Mac version.
If it is just the one time....maybe a fluke somehow and probably not worth the work trying to sort it out.
If it is consistently happening over and over again then we for sure need to try to sort things out and use ResScan.

So far, it only happened on this one day. No naps involved.
If it happens again I will PM you.

You are not worrying about such a minor difference are you?Sharhamm2 wrote:So far, it only happened on this one day.
Is your AHI consistently around 5.0? Most people can tweak and get it down to 1.0 or 2.0.
I am not a medical professional and I have no medical training.
Re: How can this be??
My AHI's are usually in the 1 to 2 area. I did have two nights in the 4's I thought, but now sleephead says I had one day over 5. I was just concerened as I had asked for this pressure reduction but didn't like the idea of going over a 5.
