I'm super brand new to apnea

I had 3 studies done , alarming levels ...I now am getting the help I need . I fall asleep when doing dishes or laundry... But can't lay down and sleep

I assume you are getting therapy using CPAP or something? Fill in your user profile with the equipment you use, and it will help us answer any questions you have. I don't see a question in your post, but it sounds like ongoing fatigue? The answer lies in monitoring your sleep therapy using software like Sleepyhead, which you can down load from the link in my signature below this post.

You are lucky most of us had Sleep Apnea for ten or more years before we even heard about it, long enough had a diagnosis. It was a second heart attack that lead me to a diagnosis. Jim

Read the useful links in my signature line below, especially if you haven't got a CPAP machine yet. It might help you avoid getting screwed by the DME (CPAP salesman).
