Interesting news re: biological clocks
Veni, vidi, Velcro. I came, I saw, I stuck around.
Dx 11/07: AHI 107, central apnea, Cheyne Stokes respiration, moderate-severe O2 desats. (Simple OSA would be too easy.

Re: Interesting news re: biological clocks
I almost didn't read this because when I read biological clock, my mind went to fertility issues. Thought to myself, well that ship has sailed for me. The circadian rhythm subject seems to get more and more relevant as technology increasingly intrudes on our sleep. Always enjoy the discussions of ways to reset our clocks. Need to revisit something I read about the timing of eating in relation to this. I have found traveling 3 times zones east for a few weeks resets it, but I backslide in as few weeks after going back west. Being retired allows me the leeway to just go with the flow, but my sleep doc feels not sleeping with the flow of hormones contributes to poor quality sleep.
