Thank you, folks! This interpretation and sharing of knowledge and experience is awesome! This machine does seem more comfortable than my old Remstar 510M. I have only used the A-Flex 3 setting so far. I think that I am sleeping better and feeling better.
So, maybe I might try raising the minimum slightly to 12.5 to see if it affects the snoring or not? I didn't see much difference between chin strap or not so I don't think I tend to mouth breathe. Doing so isn't that easy when the minimum pressure is 12, I suspect. I use the Breeze nasal headgear and added the standard leak rates for it to my signature.
I do sleep on my back sometimes. It's hard to tell, but I would estimate that I probably spend about a third of the time on either side and the last third on the back. Also, don't the sleep study results below indicate about the same AHI on back or side for me? It's great having so much SleepHead data to look at. I only wish that our doctors were as interested in studying it as we are!
And it's all relative, isn't it? I mean, it's got to look terrific compared to my sleep study done just last month:
