Good point about feeling well being the priority here. I always have pressure set at 7.8. I have experimented with pressure before and my AHI goes up when I raise or lower the pressure, I also don't feel as rested so this appears to be the correct pressure for me right now at least.
Do you use EPR? If so, what's your setting?

Something I figured out in my own case was that when I slept deeper/sounder, my AHI would be a little higher.
If you're using software to monitor your therapy, perhaps you can "see" when/where the events are occurring. If they're in 90 - 120 minute cycles, that might indicate they're occurring in certain sleep stages. (that time period is about how long our sleep stages cycle through)
