CPAP HOSE COVERS

Post by Offerocker » Tue May 23, 2006 2:54 pm

Hi, everyone!

I've been making CPAP hose covers for sale.

I'm using the 'jacket-weight' fleece, which is pill-resistant and somewhat heavier than the kind that goes on sale '

"ComfortSleeve" for hoses Are now available!

Made of high-quality, pill-resistant fleece. Collars at both ends and a pull/hang handle for further ease of pulling on sleeve - just hang the 'handle' over a knob, and drop in the hose!. Have added ties to both ends so that you can keep them from falling off if you ever 'hang' your hose'

Price for a 6' length is $16, which includes shipping/handling in a Tyvek envelope, which will fit in your mailbox.

PM me for more info if interested. Must be registered user of this site. Pictures will be available.

THANKS for your input, and giving me a means to help those w/rainout, or just to cover up that lovely apparatus.

Readily-available colors are:

Tan
Brown
Chammois/Camel/Fawn
Blue: light, medium & Navy
Pink: light & medium
Purple
Yellow: light
Green: light and 'Forest green'
Grey: light & medium
Black
Burgundy/Wine
Duckies on sky blue background

Or, you specify another color, and add 1 day for delivery
PayPal accepted, money order or personal check

ENDORSEMENTS:
”got mine today, two six footers, very well made and very soft and comfy, and in my favorite color, too, can't wait to use both of them on my hose tonight, lol. Excellent buy, well worth it, thanks Kathleen” ...
well, first night with it and I got to tell you, they work! ....I didn't wake up every couple of hours because of those nice cold drops of rainout landing on my face, thanks Kathleen, I owe you big time for the help.

I purchased a wonderful hose cover from Offerocker. The quality, material and workmanship is better then anything online and the price, shipping time was top notch.

I LOVE MY COMFORT SLEEVE.
And Kathleen was so great about getting the perfect color.
Everyone needs a comfortable cover for that cold plastic cover on your Cpap machine.

I prefer my hose covers to have little pictures of Ducks wrapped in Duct Tape.

Do you have a pair of those?

The first hose cover I bought (from cpap.com) was gray with little robots one it. One of my kids had fleece PJs made from the exact same material.

Sincerely,

i would not order off-white, since my hose seems to spend a lot of time on the floor near my machine. i guess black. or whatever contrasting color my machine is (don't a bunch of them have blue?) Maybe a coupla design alternatives but not camouflage.

Hose covers

HOT PINK, or soft pink?

I'll look into what's available here for Harry Potter and animals; those 'specialty prints' don't go on sale, so will quote a price privately once I get that info, if you're interested. As always, will try to keep prices at minimum, and shipping certainly won't be much - will find out today anyway.

Thanks for your suggestion!

I was hoping you'd let me slip by on that one
I COULD, maybe, look high and low for ducks, then, if you wouldn't mind, tape each of their little bills with duck tape, and reinforce by sewing because you wouldn't want that sticky glue to get all over once it starts to curl. Darn! wish I hadn't told you that part
I will get to work on that expediciously. (tomorrow)

Bonnie, you're "much, too much" I love it! May as well get the 'animal hair stuff, eh? then no one would ever know the diference! Except the 'fake stuff' is a bit scratchy.
Great idea.
