I realize there is a lot of posts on this subject BUT, bear with me as I am not technically savvy on electrical stuff and sometimes get a little cranky when I have to wade through at lot of technical posts and never get a clear answer.
I would like to know what brand(s) of battery pack to buy for a ResMed S8 Auto Elite and where I can buy it.
That is it plain and simple

That's kinda like asking "Which truck should I buy?"
How long do you plan to run the CPAP before recharging?
How will you recharge it?
You want it light or heavy? (as a backup at home...or backpacking?)
How much do you want to pay?
etc.

Re: Where to but Battery Packs
Be very careful with cables. Respironics and ResMed use the same plug, but different polarities. Plug one into the other and your CPAP machine may be ruined.

Re: Where to but Battery Packs
If you are NOT techy then the safest place is to buy from your DME. Doesn't matter the brand you DME can get it for your brand.charliemack wrote:I realize there is a lot of posts on this subject BUT, bear with me as I am not technically savvy on electrical stuff and sometimes get a little cranky when I have to wade through at lot of technical posts and never get a clear answer.

I am making progress-NOW I remember that I can't remember

If this isn’t rocket science why are there so many spaceshots?
