I DREAMED! great night last night

Post by xiola » Sat Dec 05, 2009 1:32 pm

i had my first dream that i can remember since i began therapy

ok, yeah, it was a bad dream, in which i was a mass murderer going into rooms of people and shooting them. and then back to my house which was haunted by demons from the sewers.

but.. it was a dream nonetheless

WOOT lol

im so excited, I haven't dreamed since i started this. i also had an amazing night, i switched pillows because of the cold i have.. and you know, my old pillow was worn out and that's why ive been having so much trouble lately. the new one didn't leak at all. I can't believe i didn't think to try a new pillow.

i wonder how many of my "my mask is broken" problems from last week were because of the stupid pillow being worn out.

oh well, im dreaming again. SO happy.

Have you been watching the news or just bad TV? Hopefully you'll soon be reporting dreams of languishing in a tropical breeze, or whatever your dream of choice might be.

With a little luck, your treatment will go well enough that you'll sleep peacefully through normal REM cycles without waking enough to recall any dreams (good, bad, neutral) at all.

That is great! I have been dreaming a lot too. Mine are pretty bizarre, or about work.

All those people that you were killing in your dream were they the ones who used to keep you from sleeping before you got your OSA treated?

You will soon think nothing of it when you have a dream. Dreaming will be normal again and once you get used to it you won't really think about it much.

But it's nice while you are getting used to it.
