Dear all, for some time I'm using CPAP machine (Resmed) pressure 9-14, heated tube and nasal mask. Always with humidifier and temp auto.
However I have feeling it is not setup in most effective way, if someone can have a look please.

Re: Please help with interpreting Oscar data
Your pressure is moving around a lot... this means the machine is seeing problems (snore, OA/H, FL) and pumping your pressure up. Best to just set a pressure that stops most of these problems. I'd start working your min pressure upwards, looks like it wants 11cm. A more constant pressure gives your body more chance to regulate blood O2/CO2 ratios. I feel I do better at a constant pressure, CPAP, no APAP.
The leaks... are you mouth-leaking? Wake with dry mouth? If so, some measures should be taken... chin strap, cervical collar, mouth tape. Looks like the night you posted was atypical and you don't often leak though. Pressure excursions can drive leaks.

Thank you for response. I will try this night with 11-14 pressure. I don't have dry mouth in the morning, I used fullnface Mask before, but I move a lot during the night and I constantlynwas awaken due to leaks or mask moving out. With nasal masks seems better.
If this helps, I can show other days.

On this chart it looks like the sequence is snore first, causing you to move and dislodge your mask.
I agree you need a higher minimum - see if you can get rid of the snores.
A jump from minimum 9 to minimum 11 may be uncomfortable. If it is, consider making the change it more gradually.
