age is just a number and yes things do get worse as you get older they say. I found my apnea at age 35. Im 36 now and going to be 37 soon and just have to say this CPAP stuff really does work just gotta stick with it.

Sixty seven now; dx'd @ 62.
I feel better now than I did in my fifties, or forties!
I'm stronger, smarter, and by golly, I like my life.

I was diagnosed 12+ years ago at 63. I am now 75 and getting on cpap has really made a difference, for the better, in my quality of life. I wouldn't be without it!
