When I do have to get up I take the P10 off completely. Very easy to slip back on in the dark.
Fortunately though, I rarely need to get up now. One of the miracles of CPAP is from the first night I used it I went from getting up 3-4 times a night to mostly none every night. Sometimes I wake up "finished" sleeping about 5 AM and will get up, and then come back to bed.
One issue I have is if I stay off the mask more than a few minutes my nasal passages will slam shut and I can't breathe when I put the P10 back on.
