How did your AHI do upon increasing pressure

Ever considered the possibility of OVER-oxygenation? I've seen the results first hand and it ain't pretty.

Did you look at what happened to your minimum heart rate as the pressure was increased?
What happened to your Tidal Volume as you increased the pressure?
I have just installed a similar Respironics system and changing my IPAP from 17.5 to 18.0 to 19.0 has my minimum heart rate dropping from 52 to 45 to 32. The SpO2 level moved from 92% to almost 95%. I don't like the bradycardia indication so its back to IPAP of 18.0.

I think this data is not useful (valid) without the associated data such as leak rate (a biggie); the leak rate is not valid without knowing the mask make & model and pressure; and the AHI plotted along the way. Then look at the AHI broken down meaning to track the apneas & hypops along with flow limitations (not included in AHI).
I think doing it with the above data included will open up a whole new view for you.
