well, they reconsidered the claim because of additional information was submitted and paid it less deductable and copay, instead of almost 6 bills it is now 229.42, so i'm happy, i guess it was worth being on the phone for half an hour, lol, but now i'm getting another mixed signal, now the insurance company says we have to rent the machine for 90 days and then if i am compliant with it they will purchase outright, i should of asked them if they also cover replacement masks and how often they do that.

90 day rental to purchase is pretty standard for a new user -

DME will need to show complaince via a smart card read and/or a letter from doc -

Just make sure that they take rentals off the purchase price when that time comes.
