That's not quite true - I see my data all the time, just not as many esoteric and obtuse parameters as others do. I take a 10 digit code off the screen in the a.m., enter it into a little box on the Cpap.com site, and poof, lots of useful data!

I can buy a module and software for $150 if I want to get even more info, but what with AHI, pressures, flow info, and other things, I personally don't need more and I'm not sure if I even want more. And I love my machine - half the size and weight of my old (backup) Remstar Legacy (tank), and I don't have to fiddle with Encore or Windows, etc. etc. I could use Sleepyhead on my Mac, but just don't really feel the need of it.

Should people not have any data about what's the best machine, then please skip adding the PC posts saying that whatever machine you have is the best one. There's still free speech here and there's no need to just add comments that make people feel good.

Since you agree that there's still freedom of speech, I'm going to say that I think you've have made a very "nonsensical" post.
"The best" is a very subjective opinion and is virtually impossible to come up with a realistic answer by any one individual.
Not everybody can experiment with every model of machine on the market and in every generation of these machine. NO WAY!
Therefore, the answer "the one you're using" is about as close as one can come. Some people like different manufacturers, models and features. Some people do just fine with straight pressure and some need sophisticated ASV machines. That's quite a spectrum with lots of machines in between.
Even "the best" will be outdated at some point in the future.
