Thanks! I downloaded Sleepyhead. Do I just insert my SD card into my PC tower to upload the data?

I can't insert my SD card into my computer. I think it's because there is a white plastic tab on the side that won't come off. Also, in the past 7 days of using the Quattro FX full face mask, my AHI (7 day avg) has gone up from 1.0 to 2.5. Can anyone comment on why, or if this is significant? My dry mouth is gone, but I still feel a little sleepy.
