You really need to tell us what machine you are using and what mask you are using. Otherwise we are shooting in the dark to give you any advice.

My guess is a PRS1 Auto because that's what Kaiser uses to titrate.

Do you have any cream on your face at night? Because that will spoil the seal. Best to make sure your skin is completely oil free before sleeping with the mask. I use mild soap and water, and pat well dry. Moisturise in the morning.
Once you have the air flowing, gently lift the mask off your face slightly, and the inner cushion should puff up with air. This helps the mask "hovercraft" on your face, and is why they say don't tighten the straps too much.
Hang in there. It DOES get better, and is so worth it.
By the way, kudos to you for losing so much weight! Excellent work! And - I love your name!

really need to know what your machine says right above the power button. Does it say "Autoset"?
Do you have the packaging for your mask? If so, please left us the full model name of the mask.
Please trust us that this information is very important. We really can't give accurate advice without it. Every mask and headgear is different, and adjustments that work with one might make another much worse.

I have tried three mask this last week. Now I am experiencing anxiety and I can't fall asleep I try between 900 and at 1:30 I am so freaked out about not sleeping at all I take mask off. I will still keep trying but I am noticing I am not looking forward to going to sleep. I have tried two sizes on nasal pillow and a mask that just covers nose. I feel like I can't breath. I'm getting discouraged and I am more tired during the day then ever. Can someone help with advice. My machine automatically gives me air and the set ramp from 15 minutes to 1/2 hour but it has not worked

Lauratee, there are a few reasons that people may feel that they can't breathe when first starting CPAP:
1) on the inhale it feels like you can't breathe in enough air - the solution to that is usually to turn off the ramp, increase the ramp's minimum pressure, or increase your minimum pressure if you are using an Autoset machine
2) on the exhale it feels like you can't exhale because the air coming from machine feels too strong - the solution to that is to use the machines exhalation relief or to lower the max pressure while you get used to the machine
3) neither of the above is really the reason, but you feel shut in and a sense of panic when you put on the mask and start the machine - this is likely to be anxiety. There are various approaches to dealing with the anxiety, but we need to make sure that any problems under (1) or (2) are addressed first
Which of these reasons seems to fit you best?
Please go to the User Control Panel (upper left of the screen just under the "search" bar) and enter you equipment information.
What pressure(s) is your machine set to? What is the minimum on the ramp? Which masks did you try and what about them didn't work for you? What were the primary findings of your sleep study? Sorry to ask so many questions, but we can probably help if you can let us know the particulars of what you are dealing with.
No matter your symptoms or your equipment, someone on the forum has likely had a similar experience.
