Sorry you're having this problem. I have a Comfortlite 2 with the canulas in the nose. I tried the nasal pillows, but found that I didn't maintain a good seal during the night. I have started using cheap old chap stick around my nostrils. Just a thin covering before bed. I feel the wax makes for longer lasting comfort. I have been using my cpap for only a month, so I have lots to learn, but I feel this is really sorking for me. Good luck!

Looking at your picture, it's not apparent you would have OSA. Goes to show, you don't need to be 200lbs.
I alternate NasalAire II with a mask in the when my house is dry. I like it so much better than pillows.

I mostly use a full face mask, but do switch back and forth between it and the ComfortLite 2. When I use the CL2, I use the direct seal with some Ayr Gel applied to the mask itself and that seems to decrease and/or eliminate soreness.

My doctors always noticed that I have large tonsils, even when I was 120 pounds. So yeah, you don't have to be a big person to have OSA. Unfortunately, I am up to 225 pounds at the moment, and miserable. I plan to start a diet and exercise program soon. Wish me luck!
