Hi!
I have the same pattern on my SleepyHead program. Have you had any luck dealing with it? I use a BiPAP machine but still feel tired with a normal AHI. I was "diagnosed" with UARS but i did not have a pressure sensor in my esophagus. But I had a couple central apneas on my sleep study too. So could it be the same? Could an ASV machine help this kind of "apnea" because honestly I don't even know how to call this kind of SBD. Kind of UARS and/or CA, mixed apnea? I was planning on getting an MMA surgery, hoping it would be a permanent relief but it might not help reading from the comments above. I have these spindles every night, this is just the last one. And they are always there before a "total" wake up. I don't always wake up from these but when I do there's one of these right before it.
