So Apria has become self-aware, like Skynet?

I have had good luck with Apria, however I am insulated from their billing department by CareCentrix.

A collection agency. I've gone this route a few times with similar creepy companies and in the end they will simply send the outstanding bill to a collection agency, which is where the nightmare really kicks, mostly because this action threatens your credit rating. Yes, in case you are wondering, APRIA HAS LEARNED and now they've got the system wired to their advantage after driving out the legitimate DMEs.
And making false credit claims can be expensive for both them and their collection agency. Been there... key is to have the documentation showing that you paid or didn't owe in the first place.
