my setting were pretty much bang on. the lady at the sleep lab said I needed at least 18 cmH2o to stop my apnea. so 18 plus 1 is 19, a tad over but no harm is it being that high.
AHI of 2 last night so that is great, was higher before, but most if not just about all are during wake time so it should not count. my real numbers are way below 1 and the events are just small blips not any real events as all. more like a start of a event that did not really happen.
I am super happy with how things are going. now if I can only feel better in the morning, more rested and more energy, I have more drive but have to force myself to do things. not the ball of energy I should be. I can wake up more tired then when going to bed, more so if I sleep longer. I can wake up with 3 to 5 hours sleep and feel great and well rested. go back to bed to get my 8 hours and I feel like I was hit be a truck and backed over a few times. I have to force myself out of bed. yet I can not do 3 to 5 hours nights for long, body just shuts down and goes on strike. so I need short sleeps for mind and energy but long ones for my body to be happy, where is the win for me? I loose both ways, I like the energy and get things done of short, great for short term. may have to try a 6 days short and one long and see if some combo like that works. 4 or 5 short and one long, can not do to many longs or it will take time to get back to short.
will have to experiment and see what works well.
