I have no experience with F&P so I just have to guess here. The 75w is a red herring - that's the capability of the power supply. The load is something like 0.5 to 1.0 Amps at 12V, or under 12 watts, assuming no humidifier. A 35 Amp-Hour battery would probably work for 3 to 4 nights, if you can hook directly to 12 volts. If you need to use an inverter, you'll want to roughly double that. BatteryTender make great trickle/float chargers, but if you get a 80 AH battery it would take several days to charge it up.

After re-reading this thread from 3 years ago I can see your problem with choosing an inverter. The Tripp Lite line on Amazon looks good - the 150 watt without usb looks like it doesn't have a fan. But whether they will work with your pump you can only tell by testing. Modified square wave is usually good with this type of equipment, but pure sine wave has come way down in price.

Without humidity you'll use under 15-20 watts, so power isn't the issue at all. Also, I stand by my claim that any inexpensive inverter will only be about 60% efficient at most power levels (some get up to 90% near there rated power, but all drop off at lower levels) so you should look for an AGM battery at about 80 to 100 Amp-hours.
