Anyone know if this mask is available in Canada?
I'm on a 4 week trial now (and get to try out different masks) and meet with the sleep centre weekly. I asked them at this week's meeting about this one (as I tried the Pilairo and the exhaust bothered my wife) but they hadn't heard about it yet and figured it might only be in the US for now.

Clinical Sleep Solutions is getting it this week (I think they may have it now). Also Canada CPAP supply currently has it. The shipping from Canada CPAP supply is really slow, and they were very slow themselves getting it into the mail (like 5 days later). Clinical Sleep Solutions is wonderful, and sometimes I get the package a day or two later. If these guys can get it, your uninformed DME can as well, they just don't know it yet:)

Thanks for the info.
I'll let them know about that. I've been happy with them so far and they do seem to be informed on most stuff, so surprised to see they don't know.
I've taken a look at these suppliers and if mine can't get it, I might try Clinical Sleep Solutions - they even have free shipping.
Although I see that Canada CPAP supply ships from the US and thus there could end up being custom charges - that sucks for a place that has Canada in the name!!! I think with your comment and that fact, I'll avoid them.

I tried Canada CPAP recently to see how it went, ordered a climate line hose and nasal pillows. No customs charges, and it went directly to my community mailbox. Only thing that bothered me is that on top of the 3-4 shipping which is understandable as they cannot be accountable for the ridiculous wait time in customs, I ordered it on a Monday, and they finally shipped it on the Friday. That was a deal killer for me.

I have one on order from cpapclinic.ca but they are backordered. Good price - free shipping. Clinicalsleep is also good and free shipping.

Thanks Hawthorne, I'll check them out too.
Good to see some Canadians on here - often forums lack Canadian participation.

I checked this mask out at my DME today, but it was a no go. The pillows are sized the same as the Swift FX, and I am between sizes.

I read some of the reviews on the website and most reviewers said that a disadvantage is that the head straps were NOT adjustable. Sad for me since most headgear needs to be adjustable. One size does not fit all.

Yeah - Canada CPAP took a few days to get my recent order in the mail as well, but then it showed up 3 days later, so not bad overall. (In comparison, the order from our hosts placed the same day still hadn't even crossed the border yet...so could be slower. ) There were no duty charges. UPS did charge GST, though, and they shouldn't have, since medical items are zero-rated for GST. I've poked UPS for a refund and it's being reviewed right now.
So - if someone on this side of the border does have it in stock (which I haven't seen yet, but...), then you'd be better off. But if it's going to be a while, then I'd say Canada CPAP is at least an option.
Hawthorne - mind if I ask what price you got? I thought I'd called them and was told $175. But I might be mixing that up with another site... Hmmm, I do see they have a price match policy, though. Very interesting. Wish I'd noticed that earlier!

I paid $175 CND - or will pay $175 from cpapclinic.ca. They are backordered on this site. Of course, there is no tax and the shipping is free. I have 30 days to return anything on their site. Every order I have had from them I have received a free 6 pack of white filters for my machine as well. If not backordered, anything I order from them comes in less than a week.
If I could buy from our hosts I would. Their introductory price of $99 USD sounds great BUT our Canadian dollar is not good right now and cpap.com charges $17 USD shipping to Canada. There are no taxes, custom or duty charges from cpap.com.
I don't know what you paid from Canada CPAP but I expect it is pretty comparable. I doubt cpapclinic.ca would price match with a US supplier, which Canada CPAP really is - don't know but doubt it.
I am happy with cpapclinic.ca. I would buy from our host IF they could ship Resmed and Respironics items to Canada but they are not allowed. Also, given the current state of our Canadian dollar, I think I am doing pretty well with cpapclinc.ca right now.

Sludge are you Canadian? I am and don't get many of your "comments". I know the "eh" and Molson's and that's it.

It's 130 shipped at clinical sleep solutions, and they plan to have more stock next week. 170 sounds very high for a pillows mask online.
