I just got mine yesterday. It felt comfortable on my face (not terribly different from my Swift LT for Her setup, which is my standard), but it seemed a little noisier than the Swift LT mask. I also had trouble falling asleep, possibly not related at all to the mask, but to having caught up on my sleep deficit, having taken a nap, and having issues with some postnasal drip causing a lot of throat-clearing. I finally switched masks after a couple of hours, and got back to sleep. I'm going to take a look at my sleep data. I will give it another try, though. I can return it if I really don't like it.

I tried the larger pillows last night and could barely tolerate as soon as they were put in. They burned. I am beginning to think I may be allergic to the rubber. I am going to go back to the smaller size didn't burn. I had to change masks at about 1:00 a.m. Any other thoughts?

They are not made out of rubber. They are silicone. It may be that your nose is tender and needs to be tuffened up a bit? Don't give up,

I just bought an AirFit out of pocket as I wanted to try nasal pillows. I'm only 2.5 months in on xPAP and went with the Quattro FX ffm as I knew I was a mouth breather due to nose issues. I read that nasal pillows can help splint the nose open so...

Anyway, they fit very nice and its much more pleasant to wear over a FFM. However, I can easily may the transition to mouth breathing. Its like the back of the nose slams shut and I breath 100% thru the mouth. No air leaks in the throat or nose. I wonder how that would show up on software - just steady pressure with inhales or exhales?

My wife tried it on - she does not have OSA - but no way could she talk or breathe through her mouth without a gusher of air coming out. I guess we are just "built different".
