I have complex apnea. No clue whether the CAs were present before CPAP, or were caused by CPAP, as I haven't had a real sleep study done (just the take-home study).
I have a follow-up Feb 21. Assuming the new mask works (meaning minimal leaks), we'll have some decent data to see if this machine works for me.
The first night I used the machine (with the Liberty), my AHI was 1.28, with no CAs. Of course, that was with the mask tightened all way down, which caused considerable leakage (not at first, though. It was at least quite enough at first to allow me to fall to sleep). So, with the amount of leaks I had, I'm not sure how reliable that data is. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed, hoping the Innomed Hybrid works out so that I have some reliable data going into my next follow-up.

Good luck! If the Innomed doesn't work, you might still try a FFM. You can't really roll onto your stomach with anything other than bare nasal pillows, and even then it's a trick to avoid getting tangled up in the hose.
On the plus side, I found that once I was actually sleeping soundly, I rolled around a lot less. Some mornings I'm actually slightly sore from having been so immobile. Some nights I have to roll to my other side because the one ear I've been sleeping on is sore from being smushed all night.

I was looking at the Quattro FX as an alternative if the Hybrid doesn't work out. I'm just hoping it does.
I've noticed a couple of times (when my AHI was low) that I woke up on my back. Most of the time though, I wake up on my side or stomach like I did last night.

That's actually how I sleep most of the time.

Got the new Hybrid in today. I'm keeping my fingers crossed on this one.
It does seem to be better made overall. Not quite sure how to describe it, but the mouth cushions and the pillows are "stickier" than the Liberty. I'm hoping that helps create a better seal.

I just went through the process of fitting the mask.
First impressions:
1. The headgear is horrible. The velcro straps are super hard to undo when trying to fit the mask. I can see this being a problem when do the final adjustment when I lie down.
2. It seals MUCH better than the Liberty. There are still leaks, which I'll try to work out over the next several days. Or weeks. But it at least seems better than what I've been dealing with. My goal is to get consistently below 24 L/min so that I can trust the data.
3. It's MUCH quieter than the Liberty.
4. The headgear is horrible. I know I mentioned it already, but it bears repeating. Just snapping the headgear to the mask is a PITA. This could definitely use some improvement.

The mirage quattro works great for me and I've got higher pressures than you do. 21 ipap. 15 epap. I don't sleep on my stomach, but I am a side sleeper.

First night with it: horrible. I got it fit perfectly well when sitting up. But, when I laid down, I couldn't get the damn thing to stop leaking. It leaks mainly at the sides of the mask.
I would fiddle with it, the leaks would gradually get worse, I'd fiddle with it again, etc. After 40 minutes of this, I threw this one across the room like I did the Liberty. I put my Swift FX back on and got crappy sleep once again. At least I got to sleep though.

I just got a liberty and found that to get a good seal I have to relax my mouth and let my mouth fill with air pressure. It pushes out and makes a great seal. I have had 100% pressure every night since I got it.

I realize this is an old thread, but inquiring about this mask in the present didn't garner me a lot of responses, I wish I'd found this post about $200 ago,
The only mask I've found so far that I like is the ResMed F30i, but the straps are extremely stretchy, and the Velcro does not seem too durable. The other issue I have is that I'm not really a fan of the nasal cushion, I prefer the nasal pillows, but I'm a mouth breather. I find that after a few weeks of use the nasal cushions fold up under my nose and I find it difficult to breathe, real or imagined. I thought the Mirage
Liberty would be better, as it has the nasal pillows, but it's one of the leakiest masks I've used. There are a few issues causing this: 1) The nasal pillows are too long, so the mask sits too far below my nose, which leaves it sitting on my teeth 2) The frame is more rigid than the F30i, so it does not conform to my face too well. 3) The bottom of the mask sits on my chin, rather than below my lip, 4) The lower mask seal seems too thin, so it does not form a decent seal.
It's difficult for me to tell where it's leaking, but the ants tell me it's leaking from the chin (dry mouth) and the upper lip (dry eyes). If I use the Mask Seal check on my ResMed, it tells me the seal is good (liar), so I use the leak rate on the reporting screen. I could get the leak rate on the F30i down to 2-3 lpm on a good night, the Mirage
Liberty likes to ride close to 24, so MyAir kills my mask seal score. Of course, I don't care about the score, as the leaking disturbs my sleep long before MyAir complains. I do like the straps on the Mirage
Liberty compared to the F30i, and the nasal pillows are good, but I suspect they add to the leaking. I used the sizing guide, which says I'm a large, but the mask sits too low on my chin due to the length of the nasal pillows, I think. I'm going to try a small cushion, but I don't think that will solve my
leaks, although it may mitigate them. I also HATE the clips on the Mirage
Liberty!!!
F&P also has an Evora Full Mask (Hybrid), but it has a nasal cushion too. The nose piece has stabilizer wings (LOL), which I'm hoping will lessen the nasal cushion rollover. The reviews seemed to indicate that the Evora was a leaky mess too, but some people did like it.

I'll likely stick with the F30i and live with replacing the headgear and cushion more often.
Any words of wisdom?

Sorry....I am zero help about full face mask issues but wanted you to know that there are places like cpap.com where you can buy the mask and if you hate it there is a 30 day free return insurance so you can get your money back if you end up hating a new mask.
If the headgear for the F30i or the cushion sends up needing replacement sooner than you would like be sure to check out Amazon or EBay for the replacement items. Sometimes replacement items can be bought lot less expensively from those sellers when compared to regular DMEs or online retailers.

It seems to me you must be tightening the mask way too much.
Before I switched to a Resmed F30, (not the F30i) I used the Innomed Hybrid mask:
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/respca ... -cpap-mask
It comes with three pillow sizes, and three seal sizes.
I prefer the way the Resmed manages air flow - it's much quieter and makes no noise when it hits anything.
I would try far less stretching and tightening of the Resmed - but if a hybrid with pillows is something you're sure you need - try the Innomed Hybrid - it was always considered less leaky than the
Liberty by most people.

I've been using the ResMed F30i for 19 months without replacing the headgear.
Have you carefully watched three or four youtube videos on fitting and adjusting the F30i?
I've used about eight different masks. The Mirage
Liberty and Innomed Hybrid are two of the heaviest with heavy, uncomfortable headgear.
