Several on e-bay, better prices, but shipped from Hong Kong or China. Look like the one I have but don't know about the support. They're probably all made over there.

Hi,

Does anyone know if the CMS-50E works with SleepHead? I was reading on the website that was listed above from another forum member that the CMS-50E comes with downloadable software that can be interpreted with the help of a sleep doctor. I also noted that Pugsy wrote that the CMS 50 D Plus can be used with Sleephead. So, does that mean that it would be easier to interpet the data from CMS 50 D than CMS-50E for a Layperson? So, basically which one would be easier to read, or does it matter?

I use the CMS50F, you have to be sure to get the old style (white) version of this one to work with sleepyhead. Rascally the older unit creates the file format x.spor for sleepyhead to read. I understand that there are several that work with sleepyhead.

I like it because you wear it like a watch and it have a finger probe. http://www.pulseoxstore.com/Downloadable-Pulse-Ox.html I have used it now for 60 days every day with no trouble at all. It changes from the USB port in about an hour after an overnight recording of 8 hours or so.

The software reports from any of the models are easy to interpret even if not imported into SleepyHead. The main idea with SleepyHead is simply to align the whatever events to see if there is any correlation with either.
SleepyHead just takes the regular software report and puts it in with the SleepyHead graphs so you can match up times and possible events easier.

Go look at the sample reports.http://www.pulseoxstore.com/Sample-Reports.html
So the reports are all pretty much the same..the differences mainly are in convenience or comfort features.
