Hope JediMark is doing well.

I am also in sleepyhead withdrawal since I got my new ASV DS960.

Looking forward to the next "nightly unstable release".

Tylenol/acetaminophen/paracetamol is funny stuff. It's pretty much completely harmless below the recommended dose. Your body sort of turns acetaminophen into a poison, but your liver immediately eliminates that poison. However, if you take too much, your liver can't keep up and the poison builds up. Wikipedia has a good description.

I'm not nearly as scared of it as I used to be, but I'm always VERY careful not to overdose or take different meds with acetaminophen in them.

As for reflux, I find mine got much better when I increased the minimum pressure on my APAP. Doesn't make much sense, but it works for me.
