Counting the losses and blessings...

I resonate with all that each of you have written here. I lost...
...my job of 15 years
...respect in my field because others assumed that my deteriorating character was due to my lack of integrity (I must have been screwing around all the time to be so tired, confused, and irritable)
...my marriage and now the $520 a month for therapy to put that back on course with my willing wife
...my sanity which really went out the window when I believed the GP that told me that my symptoms were psychosomatic.
But I am blessed because...
...I didn't kill anyone by falling asleep driving
...I am 37 and have the other half of life to embrace
...Sleep Apnea surfaced all of my weaknesses is full bloom so I have the advantage of improving areas of my life that might have otherwise not surfaced until too late like communication in my marriage, poor financial management, etc...
...Sleep Apnea is treatable unlike so many other life robbing diseases.
