By "evaluated" I mean diagnostic TESTING, not "let's throw some meds at her to see if anything works." You're going to have to get pushy with her doctor or find a better one.
Plus they ALL need to be tested because they are intertwined. Dealing with my sleep apnea reduced my reflux which in turn affected my asthma and allergies.

I agree. I have all 4 as well, and they do affect each other. My allergies set off my asthma. All 4 mess up my sleep. If reflux messes up my throat, then it takes fewer allergies to set off my asthma. Etc.

Of course it is genetics. I suffered from snoring as a child and had to have both my tonsils and adenoids removed. The surgery caused a lot of bleeding due to the fact that he had to do a lot of scraping.

My older daughter tends to have sleep problems due to having a newborn in the family, but I'm trying to keep an eye on her to see if there's any indication for sleep apnea, as she has gained a lot of weight due to her lack of sleep.
