The anneversary of the time a man robbed, beat, and stabbed me is mid month. The homeless are much on my heart this time of year. Iit is a time of year I know is hard on them both from the fact that it is cold outside and the fact that holidays while homeless are hard.

I have a heart.

I have learned to use my "inner couch potatoe's" love of TV to get in better shape however. I do not have TV at home but they do at the gym. So the TV at the gym works to attract me to the gym and the money that might have gone for TV goes toward the gym. My former "obsession" for TV is now helping me to get in better shape. 2+ hours a day this winter. The physical movement also helps me sleep!

I definitely understand the frustration with Todzo's posts but at the same time, I don't think it is too cool to be making fun of someone's experience as a crime victim. Just saying.
