No Matt I do not use Sal suds...to answer your question.

Dr Bronners soap is a mild ORGANIC soap and if it is useful to wash human skin...it is also useful to wash skin oils off off of masks. Even with a thorough rinse, there's still some residue with soap...so harsh inorganic soaps are best avoided.

I just go with mild liquid soap & hot water. I don't do my hose nearly as often as I do my other gear; it's an Aussie heated hose and I'm paranoid that over-handling it might ruin it. Along with that, I use a SoClean daily.

Baby shampoo with no conditioner in it.

Regular dishwasher and regular dishwashing detergent. It may sound rough, but I've been doing it for 8 years or so with no obvious mask damage. I have at least two masks and switch them every week and wash the used one.

Realize there are several concerns here:

1) Health effects. Not cleaning the mask, encouraging germ growth, or leaving some sort of residue that's bad for your health.

2) Damaging the mask. As far as damaging the mask, I've tried it and my particular masks work. I wouldn't wash any mask parts that are foam, but otherwise I see no problems. If you try it and damage your mask, you're out the money to replace it. If you want to be ultra careful, wait until you get a replacement mask.

edit - BTW, I think ResMed says NOT to use the dishwasher on masks. I dishwash my Swift FX mask with no problems.
Also, I disassemble mask before dishwashing.

I have a Quatro Mirage and my paperwork said to use Ivory dish soap. I only clean the mask and if the straps get wet, so be it.

I wash my pillows daily with Ivory Original liquid soap and warm water.

I got a bottle of baby wash and use it once a week. I rinse my mask every day in warm water - no soap - just water. Then every Sunday I wash everything in the baby wash. So far so good.

Baby wash? --the stuff you wash the baby with will have conditioners--bad for silicone!
OTH, the stuff you wash baby's things in would be better.
