Again I want to Thank everyone for their comments.

I have a Manometer, and both of the machines I have are set on 17cmH2O. The Manometer Readings off of both machines are the same 24mph.

I am going to check a friends machine this week that is set for 6cmH20. I will let everyone know the results.

Lots of helpful people here. And just to clear up a point.

anemometer reads speed and is meaningless with cpap

manometer reads pressure CM of H2O which is important

They do sound alike though!
