Congratulations Mzlaura, I'm VERY happy for you those are great news to be free from the machine

I'm also glad for your success on loosing weight, for sure you feel great. It is refreshing to read there is hope for some people out there with sleep apnea, although not everyone will get rid of the machine loosing weight it is good to be remembered that some will.

What is your plan to keep off the weight?

Most people gain it back, I know I did when i got to ideal weight a few years ago.

I started losing weight in April 2011 lost 104 lbs as of march 2013 then I had gastric bypass surgery in march
