Good to see you again...check your PMs again...we have a Basic version that works just fine on Win 8.xx and older.

I just switched windows 7 32bit so I need a new copy of encore basic.

Ooops....I just now noticed the machine you have chosen in your profile....I didn't look at model (I prefer text option instead of the picture because the picture doesn't tell us model) and thought hey...newbie and maybe I better check which model.

The machine you have chosen in your profile is the PR System One 60 Series Plus CPAP and that would be model 260...and unfortunately that model doesn't collect any useful data for the software to show you.
All it collects is hours of use on that SD card.
Hopefully you just chose the wrong machine but you might want to verify exactly which model you have.
The model numbers are on the bottom of the blower unit...3 digit numbers with probably DS or REF in front or behind.

You need model 460 or higher to have any useful data available to you.
If you do indeed have the 260 model please read this...and especially the part down the page about "help, I have been stuck with a brick"

until pugsy gets back from vacation, I suggest you look into sleepyhead (see below) it's much nicer than encore.
