Hi Dori, I tried to reply earlier and suddenly I was 'offline' for some reason I'll never probably hear about. Anyway, thanks for writing. I want to apologize also for not saying Happy Birthday because I'd planned to send a PM and then somehow thought I'd done it (talk about fog ) and just didn't get there. But I hope it was a good one, and I hope you have a really great year (or at least a serene one ). Thanks again!

Can anyone tell me how I can capture and post leak graphs here for Pugsy or others to take a look at?
I export them from Sleepyhead into files but beyond that I don't know how to post them here.

I am also fighting with neck, shoulder and upper chest pain (not cardiac related) I have had that checked out multiple times. I think it is weight and chest size related but not up for surgery to fix that.
Wondering if I could be sleeping weird to avoid leaks and aggravating my pain - hard to figure out when you are sleeping. I can tell before I am asleep when a leak is happening as I hear the hiss and feel it across my eyes. I tend to leak from the bridge of my nose.

I am 50 and have lost 40 pounds over the last 3 years, 10 of it since CPAP started.

Trying to eat whole foods, less processed crap, no wheat, dairy or sugar but of course Christmas threw me a loop so have to get back on the healthier wagon again.

HAVE to get my treadmill set back up and my workout space cleaned in our finished basement. I tend to lose weight in the winter as I am trapped in the house with the exercise equipment. Tried Spin class with a friend but she had trouble with pain due to the seat and I will not be getting her back there and without her it will be torture without a support system.
