If you don't already use mask liners, I highly recommend them. Instead of something clinging to your face, it just feels like a nice soft cloth.SavageAnimal wrote:Now here's a little update; the 2nd night seemed much less stressful even though I did have a harder time falling asleep, not for any apparent reason other than just not being able to fall asleep and the newness of this thing on my face...
Do NOT put it in the humidifier - ever!spotteddog wrote:I saw a post somewhere about using aroma therapy oils/scents in the humidifier so I thought I'd try that to see if it affected the odor issue. The wife had some lavender oil and she's allergic to it so It's all mine. One drop in the humidifier and 2 nights later don't smell the lavender and the other odor is much less too. Might just be outgassing all my equip was brand new. The APAP has just over 70 hours on it now.
I really wanted to like the padacheek mask liners, but I just could not get them to work for me. I tried them on two different masks.
