Blue LED's are the worst. There are a number of threads on this forum devoted just to that one subject.
Green LED's aren't as bad. Red are the least offensive. We have an LED clock that detects room brightness. The red numbers are very dim at night - just visible without blinding you. It's about the only thing that isn't covered.

We all have different thresholds of night vision. Also there may be some machine-to-machine variation on just how bright the panel and other lighting is. The tank lighting is considerably less obnoxious than the panel, but the light coming out of the tank is indirect. The green power light is fairly bright and would wash my entire ceiling with green light if I left it uncovered.

The lights on my ResMed S9 AutoSet do NOT bother me at all.

But, I certainly will not assume it does not bother some of you.

And with all of the technology, the "lights" problem will only get worse.

Hell, I even have 3 green blinking lights on the "smart" electric meter on the OUTside of my house.

Two things: 1) eye covers at night work wonders. I can sleep so much better with them, as all the ambient light is blocked, including the kids turning hall lights on and off all night.

2) I recently found a new menu setting that automatically turns off my ResMed if I take off my mask, and auto starts it when I put on my mask.

Since using this setting, it seems like my lights don't stay on anymore for more than a few seconds.

I think its called "SmartStart" and make sure its set to ON.

Mine was on OFF and it seemed like my lights would stay on and blaring in the middle of night
