Anyway, I thought it was the gall bladder, rather than the spleen they won't eat.
We always had to be careful cutting up liver not to nick the gall bladder, because then you had to toss it.

Thanks for the smiles. My mum had her almost 18 year old mini foxie Nessie put to sleep last Tuesday, poor little thing lost the ability to use her back legs. I knew the day was coming when we'd have to say goodbye, but it still hurt.
