What we have learned is that cpap.com is as good as or better than we all tried to tell you they were; and that you are an arrogant jerk.

But NateS, you leave me wondering what you really think?!? ..

Yeah, Nate, what do you mean by that?
"Within the body there are billions of different particles. Similarly, there are many different thoughts and a variety of states of mind. It is wise to take a close look into the world of your mind and to make the distinction between beneficial and harmful states of mind. Once you can recognize the value of good states of mind, you can increase or foster them."

So I am sorry to have touched a nerve and thank you for your caustic responses. They really helped.
You're welcome I'm not at all surprised that Carolyn made things right, she always does!

You used people. You called us liars and you are upset we objected.
And now we get a half assed apology. In fact I am not sure it is an apology.

I don't like your way of doing business and I can only cheer that you are leaving.
"Use you".... well I'm not that smart, but it did end up that way. Like I said, if this cite was not affiliated with cpap.com (which I did not know), then the chances are my complaint would have fallen on more sympathetic ears and I may have dissuaded a person or two from doing business with them as a result of their poor customer service on multiple phone calls - thus causing them a loss in business commensurate with the loss they caused me. However, as it turned out, because the cite WAS affiliated with cpap.com, the temper, hatred, and angst that my posts brought out ( and I certainly had no power to MAKE you post anything hateful...you did that on your own) brought attention of my unfair treatment to Carylon...a person who did something about it...thus resolving the problem. So I didn't really "use" you...but it was your blind mob mentality...you smelled blood in the water and immediately attacked...that helped me resolve my issue.

So the forum moderators can feel free to close or delete this thread....or keep it as a sticky next time someone dares complain about the service they get from cpap.com and what to expect. So it has been a thrill. When my refund posts to my account, I'll ship the mask back and be done with it.

Fishy out.

If you had liked the mask, there would have been no issue. The only thing messed up was that they did not inform you of the change when you went ahead with the order without a prescription. A credit toward another mask should have been fine. You could have contacted a manager without making the big stink here.

I think the thread should remain so folks who choose to act like an ass can be forewarned about the types of responses they'll likely receive...

Hey Fishy,

Why didn't you just steal a mask from your wife's DME like you've done with other items that "fell out of her car and got lost"? No prescription needed for that, right?

So you continue to keep both smelly feet in your mouth.

There was no angst, there was no hatred except in your own posts. People saying you are wrong is not hatred. Grow up and stop blaming your own issues on other people.

I have never had a problem buying stuff from cpap.com and prefer cpap.com to my brick and mortar DME, if I have a choice.

It's all about character, fishy.

Another big clue as to the complainer's character. Thanks ughwhat…!

Well, his opinion certainly changed quickly when we didn't concur in his bludgeoning approach to dealing with cpap.com, didn't it?

And the more he writes the more he makes clear that he still doesn't get it. Too bad.

So he steals from his wife's employer! Now it all makes sense doesn't it?!

Wow a lot of vitriol in this thread. I think a lot of people on both sides came out looking like horses' patoots on this one.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a DME and am so thankful that I found out about CPAP.COM. I have never had a problem ordering from them. I do not hesitate to recommend them to others who are suffering from sleep apnea. And I have gained more helpful knowledge through CPAP.TALK than from the DME who was really no help at all. I give a heartfelt THANK YOU to CPAP.COM. They truly serve us who have to deal daily with the problems of sleep apnea.

There was only one person on "the other side" who basically called everyone liars and sock puppets. Only one person who stinks and won't admit it.
