The least you can do is amend the title of your thread to reflect your satisfaction with the outcome.
SleepingUgly - Carolyn deals with people like us. We're an underslept, cranky and rude crowd, some of us even at the best of times. Fishy can at least write complete sentences, and didn't use any foul language. I'll bet this is easy stuff compared to some of what they have to deal with. Carolyn saw a problem and fixed it. No sleep loss there.SleepingUgly wrote:All I can say is that Carolyn must be really restrained. I can barely contain myself from reaching through the computer, grabbing Fishy by the shirt, and shaking him. Hard. Until the right words fall out of his mouth, which would be:
"Thank you so much, Carolyn. I apologize for my part of this screw up and appreciate your working with me to resolve it despite my acting like a two-year-old. I would blame my mother, the government, and my sleep apnea for my bad behavior, but instead I take full responsibility for it. I apologize. And to the rest of you, I can see what you guys meant when you said that cpap.com, while sometimes making mistakes, tends to right them. I apologize to you, too."
Speak for yourself, you #@#$*&!DreamDiver wrote:We're an underslept, cranky and rude crowd, some of us even at the best of times.
I can write complete sentences, too!Fishy can at least write complete sentences, and didn't use any foul language.
I learned that you are an impatient, unreliable and rude person!fishy wrote:I hope we all have learned our lesson here.
I so appreciate this website, and the individuals who give their time to provide input or advise when I need help. I can't imagine throwing a tantrum here and then coming back later asking for help. But that's just me.billbolton wrote:I learned that you are an impatient, unreliable and rude person!fishy wrote:I hope we all have learned our lesson here.
+1 Cpap.com are stand up folks. Are you fishy? BTW, fishy, I have never used cpap.com but am more likely to use them as a result of this thread. The positive kudos from customers and the stand up nature of management is refreshing to see.BlackSpinner wrote:Nope no apologies.
You acted like a toddler with a tantrum, called all of us shills and sock puppets. It is time for YOU to apologize to us!
Oh, bullshit! My dealings with CPAP-dot-Com have been good and I've been happy. I bought a wisp, as a mask assembly with a seperate size-large headgear, plus mask insurance. The wisp didn't work out, I returned the mask (still got a size-large Wisp headgear I'd like to move on to a new home) they credited my credit card, no tears.fishy wrote:OH WAIT!! I SEE WHAT IT IS!!! MY BAD!! cpaptalk.com is affiliated with cpap.com. HA HA ! I though cpaptalk.com was an independent user forum. of course the replies on here will be favorable to cpap.com and this will look to be all my fault. What was I thinking?! I'm complaining to the fanboys who ripped me off. What a dunce I am.
nevermind. CPAP.com is super-duper.
I doubt that he knows how to do that, and is too prideful to ask.SleepingUgly wrote:The least you can do is amend the title of your thread to reflect your satisfaction with the outcome.
What we have learned is that cpap.com is as good as or better than we all tried to tell you they were; and that you are an arrogant jerk.fishy wrote:…Those of you who blindly took their side and especially those who threw insults my way now know that you were wrong and I hope we all have learned our lesson here.
Wow! Was I ever surprised to come on the forum and see a thread with that stinky title. I've bought an awful lot from CPAP.com and every transaction has been fantastic. The OP is giving advice to stay away from CPAP.com and use your DME? Really? Perhaps he hasn't dealt with a DME. Mine was absolutely terribe and very rude. They will not get any of my money.fishy wrote:Stay away from CPAP.com and use your DMEs people.
