Sleepjunky, I have found that by using a neck collar, I can use a pressure of 5 and have a really good AHI on most days. I still haven't slept through the night on the machine but it seems due to my highly sensitive body that this is my best shot.sleepjunky wrote:I'd appreciate advice or thoughts. Kidding aside, positional therapy seems like a good suggestion.
