The nice thing is that you can regulate the amount of water in them to keep the head, neck and back in alignment and as a comfort (firm/soft option) feature.

Some reviews online (Amazon & others) complain about it leaking water.
Are these just people who don't know how to seal it properly after filling it with water? Or, is this a potential problem?
5 Quarts of water coming out of the pillow could be a problem for the mattress & boxspring.
