That is a Respironics software so I assume you have a Respironics machine and ResScan (this thread) won't work with your machine. So unless you got a new ResMed machine there's no sense in sending you ResScan software information.

Please confirm exactly which model S9 you are using.
Your profile shows the S9 Escape and it only gathers hours of use...nothing else and using ResScan will only show hours of use and nothing else at all.
Now if you chose the wrong machine in your profile and have either the S9 Elite or S9 AutoSet then it's worthwhile using the software. If you have the Escape it's a waste of time using the software as you can get hours of use off the machine's LCD screen.
