Check your PM box.

Make sure the SD card is correctly inserted in the S9 during the night. It must be in the S9 for it to write the detailed data files because those files are not stored on the machine.
The S9 will store summary data files and those shouldn't be lost and you should be able to see summary usage for those missing nights.
SleepyHead needs those missing files to do its calculations...ResScan doesn't.

Now if ResScan shows big goose eggs for those missing nights...then you may have a problem with the machine writing to the SD card...either bad SD card or something wrong with the machine.

I would like to download a copy of ResScan ver. 4.3 too, or the latest copy. I've had my CPAP since Sept 2013 and thought that maybe I should figure out a little better what is going on.

I've got ResScan 3.X software and the card/card reader (not an SD card) for the S8 AutoSet. Just got a S9, how do I get the SD card data into my computer? Thanks!

You can also use SleepyHead...links in my signature line.

If your computer has a slot for the SD card then you just plug the SD card into the slot
If your computer does not have a slot for SD card then you will need a little reader/adapter so you can use one of your USB ports. Cheap generic reader/adapter is fine. Around $10 at Walmart.

Check your PM box for additional information on where to find ResScan.

In the meantime you can also use Sleepyhead software. It works fine with the S9 machines...links in my signature line for it.

If you have a Mac...there is a Mac version of SleepyHead.
ResScan is strictly Windows only.
