Hello All,

I'm a new "user" of CPAP machine. I have ResMed S9 AutoSet with the H5i and a Weinmann SilkTec Mask for a couple of weeks now.
I'd really appreciate if someone from this group can provide a link for ResScan software DL (Mac and/or Windows 7 version)

Check your private message box. ResScan is Windows only software.
There is no Mac version available at all. If you want to use it on a Mac you have to set up some sort of Windows environment on the Mac.
If you want to use software on the Mac and don't have Windows environment you can use SleepyHead....links in my signature as there is a Mac version. Just look for "Jimbos Mac build" at the download link.

I have a S9 auto and I would really appreciate a link for Rescan software.

hello;

new user here.
i'm having trouble using Sleepyhead ResScan software.
i've downloaded the s/w, but i get an error when i try to run the program:

"..has encountered a problem and needs to close"

this happens after i select my profile and hit Select User.
i tried to re-download program, and also disabled both anti-virus and Google Drive, but i get same error starting program.
i use Windows XP SP3, google chrome.
where can i get help with this error?

Which program are you having problems with?
If SleepyHead...what version?
If ResScan..what version?

SleepyHead and ResScan are two totally different software programs.

This sounds like a SleepyHead step.

I suggest that you start a totally new thread here so that your post isn't lost in this thread.
In the new thread please provide the additional information that I asked about.
If this is a SleepyHead issue it is not a common issue. So we need a lot more specifics to maybe come up with an idea what is going on.
